Return & Refund Policy

We only accept returns in cases where items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or other discretionary reasons.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@boojomojo.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

To help us evaluate the issue, we may request photos or additional information.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging (when applicable)

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Remedies

If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an item is eligible for return due to damage or error, a replacement will be issued where applicable.


Legal Warranty

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including legal warranties.
