Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@boojomojo.com with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue.
